Structured mentorship pairing young entrepreneurs and startup founders with experienced business leaders, technologists, and investors who have built what they're trying to build.
Kenya's youth and startup ecosystem is full of ambition but often short on access β access to people who have already navigated the exact decisions a young founder is facing: which technology to build on, how to structure a fundraise, when to enter a new market, how to survive the first eighteen months. Our mentorship programmes exist to close that access gap in a structured, accountable way, rather than the informal, hit-or-miss networking most young entrepreneurs are left to rely on.
We pair participants with experienced business leaders, technology experts, and investors matched to their specific stage and sector, and run the relationship through a structured programme β not a single introductory coffee that never leads anywhere. Sessions cover business development fundamentals, practical technology choices, fundraising readiness, and market entry strategy, grounded in the realities of building and scaling a business in Kenya and East Africa. We work with individual founders as well as institutional partners β universities, incubators, and corporate CSR programmes β looking to run mentorship at scale.
